This Privacy Policy describes how WarmPantry Sp. z o.o. ("WarmPantry", "we", "us") processes personal data collected through the website warmpantry.eu, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Polish data protection law (Ustawa z dnia 10 maja 2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych).

2.1 Contact Form

When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, phone number, and email address. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not retained beyond 90 days unless required for ongoing correspondence.

2.2 Cookies

This site uses a single functional cookie to store your cookie consent preference. No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies are set without explicit consent. The consent preference is stored in your browser's local storage with the key wp_cookie_consent.

2.3 Server Logs

Our hosting provider automatically records standard server access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, page requested, timestamp). These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.

6. Data Retention

Contact form data is deleted within 90 days of last correspondence. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Consent records are cleared when you clear your browser storage.
